Lantesa (“we”) operates https://lantesa.com. We keep this site deliberately light: no advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking, and no analytics beyond the cookieless page counts described below.
Hosting and analytics
The site is delivered through Cloudflare, our CDN and edge provider. Cloudflare also runs its Web Analytics for us: it counts visits without cookies and without following you to other sites. To serve the page and produce those counts, Cloudflare receives your IP address, browser user agent and the URLs you visit, and processes them on our behalf.
What we collect
If you contact us by email or through the form on this site, we process the personal data you choose to send (name, contact details, message content, business details) to respond and, if relevant, to deliver a project.
Legal basis
Legitimate interests and/or steps prior to entering a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(f)), depending on the context of your message.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. Beyond Cloudflare, described above, we share it only with the email provider that delivers our messages.
Retention
Enquiry messages are kept as long as needed to handle your request and for ordinary business records, then deleted or archived appropriately. Form submissions, including the IP address they were sent from, are kept until your enquiry is settled and are deleted on request.
